About Toffos Wholesale
Toffos Wholesale is an Australian-owned importer, distributor and wholesaler supplying confectionery, beverages, snacks and fast-moving consumer goods to retailers throughout Australia. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support our procurement, supplier management and commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, reviewing and administering supplier, purchasing, logistics and service contracts.
Negotiating contract terms and conditions with suppliers, distributors, freight providers and service contractors.
Monitoring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
Coordinating contract renewals, amendments, pricing reviews and commercial variations.
Maintaining contract registers, records and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Liaising with suppliers, import partners, freight companies and internal stakeholders regarding contractual matters.
Reviewing supplier performance against agreed contractual requirements and reporting outcomes to management.
Assisting management with procurement planning, supplier selection and commercial evaluations.
Identifying contractual risks and recommending strategies to minimise commercial exposure.
Supporting dispute resolution and contract compliance activities where required.
Preparing reports relating to contract performance, supplier agreements and purchasing commitments.
Ensuring all contractual activities comply with company policies and relevant legislation.
Skills and Experience:
Relevant qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
At least two years of relevant contract administration experience.
Experience managing supplier, procurement or commercial agreements.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical, organisational and documentation abilities.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience maintaining contract management records.

Salary of $80,000 – $85,000 plus superannuation.
