Our QLD operations are growing rapidly, and we're looking for a warm, driven Customer Connect Associate to be the first point of contact for customers and help turn their interest into a booking.
The Role
As a Customer Connect Associate, you're the first voice customers hear when they start their journey with Cars24. You'll handle inbound enquiries and proactively follow up leads, understand what each customer is looking for, and get them booked in for an inspection or test drive at our Yeerongpilly hub.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, thrives on hitting targets, and takes pride in giving every customer a great first impression. You'll work closely with our CX and sales teams, passing them warm, qualified customers who are ready to take the next step.
What You'll Be Doing

Respond to inbound customer enquiries across phone, web, email and SMS, answering questions about vehicles and the buying process
- Make outbound follow-up calls to new and existing leads, re-engaging customers and keeping them warm
- Understand each customer's needs and match them to suitable vehicles in our inventory
- Book customers in for inspections and test drives, coordinating times that work for them and the sales team
- Keep our CRM accurate and up to date, logging every interaction, outcome and next step
- Work the lead queue by priority so no customer goes cold
- Hand warm, qualified customers to the sales team with full context for a smooth handover
- Consistently hit engagement and booking targets while delivering a standout customer experience
✅ What We're Looking For

A confident, warm phone manner and a genuine love of talking to customers
- Experience in customer service, contact centre, inside sales, lead engagement, or a similar customer-facing role
- Energy and resilience for high-volume inbound and outbound calling
- Strong organisation, comfortable juggling a busy lead queue without dropping the ball
- Target-driven, with a knack for turning an enquiry into a booking
- Comfortable with CRM and calling tools; experience with HubSpot or a similar platform (desirable)
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- A genuine interest in cars (a plus, not essential)
- Full Australian working rights
