About the role
Join our onsite team at Parklea Prison. Please note these are max term and casual contracts through to 30 September 2026, ahead of the upcoming service transition from St Vincent’s to NSW Justice on 01 October 2026.
Assist with preparing, ordering, and accurately dispensing medications, including witnessing OTP administration.
Coordinate patient release medication supplies and manage incoming pharmacy deliveries.
Maintain pharmacy equipment and stores, including critical monitoring tasks like documenting fridge temperatures.
About you
Qualification in a relevant field recognised by the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia or Certificate III or IV issued by a Registered Training Organisation in Hospital and Community Pharmacy or equivalent experience
Experience of dispensing of pharmaceuticals in a hospital or community pharmacy setting
Demonstrated knowledge of legislative requirements relating to pharmaceuticals
