As a Clinical Nurse - Child and Family Health, you'll play a vital role in supporting families to achieve better health and wellbeing outcomes. From delivering evidence-based care to strengthening partnerships with families and services, your work will create lasting impact across the community.

You're a confident and compassionate clinician who brings both expertise and heart to your work. Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a relevant practising certificate
Postgraduate qualification in Child and Family Health Nursing
Strong clinical assessment, care coordination and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in community-based care and/or additional qualifications such as immunisation certification.
Most importantly, you're passionate about improving outcomes for children and families and committed to creating positive, lasting change in your community.
