Daily tasks and responsibilities:

Walks through carpark to gather trolleys and flatbeds during business hours. Collects trolleys in groups not to exceed 8-10. Secures trolleys with clasping cart rope and pushes trolleys to front of the warehouse.

Collects flatbeds, pushes flatbeds to front of the warehouse, following all safety and security procedures.

Picks up boxes, trash and other debris to keep carpark area clear. Sweeps in front of building and empties garbage, cleans spills, broken product when necessary. Tags and pushes trolleys/flatbeds needing repair to designated area.

Assists members to load merchandise, providing prompt and courteous member service.

Checks around building at closing for trolleys, following proper departmental procedures for performance of duties.
Non-Essential Functions and Tasks:

Assists other areas in the department as necessary.

Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.
-
Operates mechanical trash compactor/cardboard baler.
