- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in an environment involving information analysis, problem resolution, and business process improvement
- Experience communicating information effectively through written and verbal channels
- Experience participating in meetings with business representatives and stakeholders
- Exposure to travel systems and an understanding of global booking system complexities is desirable
- Customer service experience within a support environment is desirable
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
