About the Opportunity:
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll represent the exciting Geely brand, helping customers find their ideal vehicle suited to their lifestyle. You’ll provide expert advice, build lasting relationships, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional buying experience at our new Berwick location.

- Long-serving staff members

And you are the type of sales consultant who:
- Loves to take phone enquiries
- Can’t wait to meet your next customer
- Understands the importance of making a customer feel special after they’ve signed a contract
- Communicates with other departments quickly and effectively
- Sees value in note-taking and updating CRMs like Salesforce daily
- Upholds dealership and company values, policies, and standards at all times (including code of conduct, diversity, privacy and Work Health & Safety policies)
- Holds a current Sales Licence
- Holds a current Driver’s Licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Ensure a seamless and professional sales process from enquiry to delivery
