We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Coordinator to join our Retail team in Alexandria!
In this role, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence by supporting the delivery of loss prevention strategies across all channels, monitoring stock accuracy, and assisting in identifying and investigating discrepancies to minimise shrinkage.
Bringing strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative approach, with the ability to influence stakeholders and contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, you will work closely with store and operational teams to embed best practices, support stocktake and cycle count programs, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. This will include:
- Lead the execution the Loss Prevention roadmap and driving strategic initiatives.
- Deliver national shrink reduction strategies while ensuring inventory accuracy across Retail
- Oversee stocktake and cycle count programs, including monitoring high-risk SKUs and conducting variance analysis
- Identify root causes of stock discrepancies and provide actionable insights to enhance processes and performance
- Develop, implement, and maintain Loss Prevention policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
- Lead compliance audits and embed accountability across store teams and leadership
- Develop reporting and dashboards to track shrink, risk exposure, audit results, and operational performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support investigations, store operations, and network-wide initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in Inventory Management and/or Loss Prevention, ideally within retail, fashion, or multi-site environments
- Demonstrated success in reducing shrink and improving operational compliance
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Confidence in communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders across both store networks and support office functions
- Experience managing incidents, investigations, and liaising with external authorities
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong continuous improvement mindset
