Smart Kids Early Learning is a small, close-knit 40 place family owned and run centre located in Green Valley NSW. We cater for the needs of children from 1 year to 6 years of age over 2 rooms.
We have an opportunity for a full time/Part time position for a dedicated and committed Diploma or Certificate 3 Educator (working towards Diploma) who is willing to provide the best possible care and develop meaningful relationships with the children and our families. You will be able to work independently and mentor other educators and work within a collaborative team culture. You will be involved in documentation, developing a child focused program to make every moment count. What we need from you:
* Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) OR be working towards completion
* Have current First Aid, CPR And Asthma/Anaphylaxis training or willing to obtain
* Have current and valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC)
* Have an understanding of contemporary child-safe practices
* Current Child Protection Training certification
* Have experience with documentation writing
* Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Permanent residency or valid right to work in Australia
* Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Long Day Care setting
*You will be required to provide a minimum of 2 professional referees.
