Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our friendly team, providing high-quality care to patients.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering patient-centred care in a fast-paced acute hospital environment. The successful candidates will be caring, reliable, and passionate about patient care.
Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition

Support nursing staff with routine clinical tasks and patient observations
-
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive ward environment
-
Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families
-
Assist with patient transfers and mobility
-
Accurately document care and communicate changes in patient condition
Essential Criteria
-
Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or be currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd year Registered Nursing student

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to provide compassionate care to patients with complex medical needs
-
Commitment to maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality
-
Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
