Are you energetic, active, and passionate about making a difference? Adorable Care Pty Ltd is seeking a caring and motivated Male Support Worker to join our Melbourne team, specifically supporting a participant in the Sunbury area.
We are looking for someone who enjoys staying fit and being outdoors to match the lifestyle and interests of our participant. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centered support while promoting independence and well-being.
Shifts average 20-30 hours per week

At Adorable Care Pty Ltd, we provide essential assistance to NDIS participants through a range of services, including Community Access, Personal Care, and Domestic Assistance. Our mission is to empower participants to "live their life the way they want" by promoting health, happiness, and independence within their homes and the local community.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Community & Social Support: Accompanying participants to social events, appointments, and shopping trips.
- Active Engagement: Supporting the participant in sporty or outdoor activities.
- Daily Living Skills: Assisting with skill development for independent living.
- Personal Care: Providing assistance with hygiene and personal care routines.
- Domestic Assistance: Helping with meal preparation, cleaning, and light gardening.
- Transportation: Assisting with transport to ensure community connectivity.
Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need: OR WILLING TO OBTAIN
- NDIS Orientation: Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- Clearances: * NDIS Worker Screening Check (apply via Service VIC).
- Current National Police Clearance.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Safety: Current First Aid Certificate including CPR.
- Current Australian Driver’s License (Manual or Automatic) and a reliable, insured vehicle.
