What would I be doing?
Access Arts is seeking a skilled and values-driven Program Facilitator to lead our Visual Arts workshops for artists with disability.
This could include:

Facilitating high-quality, inclusive visual arts programs.

Supporting artists to develop their creative practice and professional pathways.

Coordinating workshop planning, materials, exhibitions and related administration.

Providing on-floor supervision and guidance to Arts Support Workers.

Ensuring safe, accessible and well-structured program delivery.

What you’ll need

Strong arts practice and facilitation experience.

Experience working with artists with disability.

Confidence managing workshop environments and documentation requirements.

A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
Great listening and respectful communication skills.
Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).
This is a 2-day per week permanent part-time role based at our Yeronga studio, with event or exhibition involvement as required.
