What does the job look like?
We are looking for an experienced HC truck driver to join our team located in Regency Park, South Australia. In this role you will pick up and deliver freight containers to the rail terminal and local customers. This opportunity is a full-time permanent role with day shift hours, working Monday to Friday starting at 10:00am - 6:00pm, with potential overtime as required. Key areas:
Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times, and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
Complying with the Linfox coupling and uncoupling procedure plus the ability to work unsupervised
Able to assist in loading and unloading when required
Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, managers and customers on a day-to-day basis

5+ years operating HC vehicles with a current and valid HC license
History of safe work practices
Prior rail terminal experience will be highly regarded
Familiarity with Regency Park metro area
Responsible manual handling experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
