Wynnum West Bakery Cafe is a busy local bakery known for quality baked goods, great coffee and a warm neighbourhood feel. We are looking for a Baker to join our small, friendly team.

The role
This role involves early morning starts, typically around 1am to 2am, to have fresh baked goods ready for our customers. Weekend availability is a must
Responsibilitie
- Baking bread, pastries and other baked goods to a high standard
- Following recipes and processes to ensure consistent quality
- Preparing products ready for opening
- Keeping the bakery area clean and organised
- Working efficiently to meet early morning deadlines
Requirements
- Own transport essential due to early start times
- Weekend availability required
- Comfortable working early morning shifts
- Reliable and punctual
- Prior baking experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
