About the Role
Seeking a highly analytical and motivated Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimise our end-to-end supply chain operations.
This role is focused on data analysis, process improvement, and operational strategy, ensuring efficient coordination across procurement, production, inventory, and distribution functions.
You will play a key role in enhancing operational performance, reducing costs, and improving customer service outcomes through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse supply chain operations including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics
- Evaluate business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain performance and reduce operational costs
- Collect and analyse operational data to support forecasting, planning, and decision-making
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead times, inventory turnover, and service levels
- Provide recommendations and insights to management on process improvements and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and customer service
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers to improve delivery performance
- Support implementation of system and process improvements across the organisation
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- At least 1-year relevant full-time experience in supply chain, logistics, or operational analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, ERP systems)
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable business insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Salary range: $78,000 – $90,000 per annum + superannuation (dependent on experience)
