This is an exciting opportunity to join Lighting Illusions, one of Australia's fastest-growing Home Improvement retailers. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our tight-knit sales team at our Sumner store. In this role, there will be ample training and support provided with the opportunity to progress with the team.

What does this opportunity look like for you?
This role is perfect for a reliable and customer-centric salesperson who loves providing customers with the best service experience possible. As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience including:
- Customer service & sales
- Processing payments through our POS system
- Picking and packing orders
- Stock control
- Ensuring the store is looking its best through maintenance, cleaning and merchandising
- Working with the team to meet store and personal goals
About you:
To be the perfect fit, you'll be:
- Experienced in customer-facing roles like retail or hospitality. A passion for Interior Design or Lighting would be an added bonus (but not required)!
- Reliable, an amazing communicator and a team player.
- Confident and excited to sell our range of products and make their homes a little brighter!
- Friendly, engaging and have a "can-do" attitude
- Have awesome attention to detail
- 18 years of age or older (junior rates applicable based on age)
