Shift Supervisor – Café / Restaurant
Nowhere Espresso Pizzeria & Wine Bar is looking for an experienced and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our growing team in Toowong.
We’re an established local venue that has recently expanded into dinner service, combining specialty coffee, Italian-inspired food, pizza, wine and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently lead a shift while delivering excellent customer service.
What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a café, restaurant or hospitality leadership role Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lead and motivate a team during busy service periods Experience with barista coffee, bar service or both is highly regarded Reliable, organised and able to work independently Availability across days, nights and weekends
Your responsibilities will include: Running smooth day-to-day service shifts Supervising and supporting FOH staff Delivering excellent customer experiences Opening and closing procedures Assisting with staff training and maintaining service standards Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
