Overview of Position
The National Sales Administrator position is responsible for assisting all administration duties performed by the National Sales department, as well as providing support in the supply and fitment of ARB products to a national network of Fleet Organisations, Government Departments and Motor Vehicle Dealers.
The role will contribute to the efficient running of these, assist in meeting targets and maintain a high level of customer expectations and network support.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in supporting our National Sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of sales and operational activities across Australia.
- Coordinate the administration of suspension and GVM programs, maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional attention to detail
- Manage the supply and fitment of products for fleet, government and dealer customers, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide outstanding customer service by handling enquiries, supporting reception functions and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare end-of-month (EOM) reporting, process invoices for stores and fleet customers, and proactively manage outstanding accounts to ensure accurate and timely financial administration.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, drive efficiencies and support business growth.
