We’re now looking for passionate Enrolled Nurses to join our wonderful teams at our five locations across Metropolitan Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills.
About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play an essential role in supporting residents’ wellbeing through high clinical standards and meaningful interactions. Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will:
- Lead, coordinate and deliver high-quality clinical care.
- Build warm and professional relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to care planning, documentation, and ongoing assessments.
- Manage medication administration in line with regulatory and organisational procedures.
- Promote a positive, person centred environment where residents feel respected, heard, and valued.
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards, policies and procedures.
About You
An experienced EN, you will have a minimum of two years’ experience working in aged care, acute, community, or similar clinical settings. A commitment to clinical excellence, safety, and continuous improvement is essential.
With strong communication and interpersonal skills, partnered with a compassionate approach, will see you successful in this dynamic but rewarding role.
You’ll play a vital role in delivering high quality, person centred care that supports the wellbeing, dignity and safety of our residents.
What you will bring
- Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA.
- Current or a willingness to obtain required clearances.
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in aged care or similar clinical settings
