Most dental practices hire receptionists.
We’re hiring someone very different.
We’re looking for a Treatment Coordinator - someone who can sit down with a patient seeking life-changing dental treatment, listen to their story, and help them take the step toward rebuilding their smile.
For many of our patients, this is one of the most important healthcare decisions they will ever make.
This is a client-facing, high-impact position where you’ll guide patients from their first enquiry through to treatment acceptance.
You won’t just be booking appointments.
You’ll be the trusted point of contact who ensures every patient feels supported, informed, and confident in their decision.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to new patient enquiries across phone, SMS and online channels
- Triaging and booking high-value consultations with the right patients
- Creating a premium, welcoming first impression
- Supporting patients through treatment options and next steps
- Coordinating closely with clinicians to ensure seamless care
- Following up and nurturing patients who are still considering treatment
- Maintaining a structured, organised workflow with attention to detail (you’ll be working with our online CRM and patient management systems)
What We’re Looking For
You’ve got experience in the dental industry AND you’re great with people.
This role suits someone who naturally connects with people.
✨ Minimum 3+ years dental experience
✨ At least 1 year working with high-value treatments (implants, veneers, full-mouth rehab, smile makeovers)
✨ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✨ Confident discussing treatment and helping patients make decisions
✨ High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence
✨ Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple conversations at once
✨ Passionate about delivering a premium patient experience

✨ Pay is base rate plus bonuses available for each treatment conversion - we want you to succeed and be motivated!
✨ Opportunity to eventually work from home once you are established in the role
✨ Hours are 15-20 hours to begin with, and an opportunity to expand into further hours once you are established
