Front Desk Receptionist - Full-time - based in Lismore
As the front desk receptionist and administration support, you'll be the initial point of contact for customers accessing VERTO services at our VERTO office. You'll manage client flow, ensure excellent customer service, and support our employment services teams in their administrative functions.

2 full days, or 3 days within school hours considered
Workforce Australia is the Department of Education, Skills and Employment’s employment services model, delivering simple and efficient solutions to support local job seekers and employers. It enables job‑ready participants to self‑manage through new, interactive digital services, while those with more complex needs receive personalised support from our Employment Consultants.
About You.....
To be successful in these rewarding roles, you will have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Sound administrative skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively in a busy and changing environment
- A positive attitude and strong commitment to teamwork
- Experience or knowledge of the employment, community services, or related sectors is desirable, but not essential
