Trainer and Assessor – Casual | Gunnedah / Narrabri / Moree
Community College Northern Inland is seeking casual Trainers and Assessors to deliver practical, face-to-face training from our Gunnedah, Narrabri or Moree campuses.
This is a locally delivered role, with training conducted onsite at Gunnedah, Narrabri and Moree. Applicants must be available to deliver training face-to-face at these locations as required.
We are particularly interested in hearing from trainers who can deliver one or more of the following:
- White Card
- Working Safely at Heights
- Confined Spaces
- First Aid
- Safe Food Handling
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Business or Foundation Skills
- Aged Care, Disability Support or Community Services
- Trade skills including construction, welding & fabrication, or automotive
Applicants with strong experience and qualifications in any of these areas are encouraged to apply.
About the role
This role would suit an experienced trainer, tradesperson, supervisor, safety professional or industry worker who holds the required training and assessment qualifications and enjoys supporting adult learners.
As a casual trainer with Community College Northern Inland, you will deliver practical, industry-relevant training to local students and workers, while being supported by our training and administration teams.
To be considered, you will need to hold:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE40110 / TAE40116 / TAE40122
- Relevant qualifications and current vocational competency in the areas you wish to deliver
You will also need:
- Confidence delivering practical training to adult learners
- A current driver licence
- Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
- A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
