Looking for a New Direction in Your Property Management Career?
If you're an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager looking to step away from routine inspections, after-hours calls, emergency maintenance, and KPI-driven property management, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.
We're seeking a relationship-focused professional to manage and support an established portfolio of real estate agencies and rental providers. Rather than managing properties, you'll be building long-term client relationships, providing guidance, and helping clients maximise the value of our services.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage an assigned portfolio of existing agency clients as their primary contact.
- Conduct regular account reviews and compliance health check meetings.
- Provide training and education on Minimum Standards and compliance requirements to property management teams.
- Coordinate compliance communication campaigns, including owner correspondence and agency mail-outs.
- Work closely with the sales team by identifying opportunities to expand existing client services.
- Contribute to improving internal account management processes to enhance the overall client experience.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this position, you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience working as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager (essential).
- Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation, compliance requirements, and real estate agency operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- A customer-focused, consultative approach to working with clients.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confidence using CRM platforms and maintaining accurate client records.
Why Property Managers Enjoy This Role
This position offers the opportunity to apply your industry knowledge in a different way, without the day-to-day pressures of property management.
You'll enjoy:
- No weekend work.
- No after-hours phone calls.
- No routine inspections.
- No rental arrears management.
- No emergency maintenance coordination.
- The opportunity to work with agency leaders and key decision-makers.
- A consultative role where your expertise helps improve industry best practice.
- The chance to be part of a respected and growing business with a strong reputation.
What's On Offer
- Monday to Friday schedule.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Ongoing professional development in compliance and client relationship management.
- Career growth within an expanding compliance and advisory organisation.
