The Opportunity
The Support Officer provides administrative and customer service support to enable the effective delivery of education and training programs within the faculty. Operating with initiative and professional judgement, the Support Officer provides a range of administrative, data, and system functions to ensure the integrity and efficiency of student lifecycle and business processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in providing quality customer services and administrative support functions in a front-line environment.
- Proven experience in exhibiting cultural awareness and well-developed written and verbal communication skills including the ability to prepare clear correspondence, documentation, and reports for a range of audiences and work sensitively and effectively with diverse students, staff, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under general direction, exercise sound judgement and initiative in the interpretation of regulations, procedures and instructions
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
