Essential requirements:
Previous Functions & Events management leadership experience
Ability to create revenue-generating ideas & events
Previous experience working across large functions
Previous experience with Ivy & Seven Rooms desirable
Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekend
Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
Ensuring policies, procedures, and standards are current, effective, and clearly communicated
