What You'll Do:
- Build and grow your own pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Identify customer challenges and demonstrate the value and ROI of UKG solutions.
- Engage and influence senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
- Own the sales cycle from first conversation through to close.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Keep Salesforce up to date to effectively manage your pipeline and opportunities.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years' success in sales, ideally within HCM SaaS or related technology.
- A track record of generating your own pipeline and closing new business.
- Confidence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, resilient mindset with a genuine drive to achieve.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
