🚀 The Opportunity
As Product Manager, you’ll shape the long-term product vision for a critical portfolio within our Funds business. You’ll operate at the intersection of:

You’ll be the voice of the customer, the architect of product strategy, and a champion of secure-by-design delivery in a scaling FinTech environment.
🎯 What You’ll Own
Strategic Vision & Market Leadership
- Define and evolve a long-term product vision aligned to market trends and business strategy
- Lead discovery beyond current client requests — identifying future-state opportunities
- Shape portfolio priorities and investment decisions
Voice of the Customer
- Design and embed structured Voice of Customer programs
- Lead strategic client forums and co-creation initiatives
- Drive measurable uplift in satisfaction, retention, and engagement
End-to-End Product Ownership
- Own strategy, roadmap, backlog and delivery outcomes for key product streams
- Write epics and stories that translate strategy into execution
- Partner closely with Engineering to ship high-quality, high-impact features
- Act as escalation point and domain expert for complex initiatives
Product Excellence & Scalable Practice
- Embed modern discovery and validation practices
- Establish clear prioritisation and outcome measurement frameworks
- Mentor Product Owners and Analysts to elevate internal product capability
Security & ISMS Alignment
- Integrate ISO 27001-aligned security and privacy principles into product discovery
- Partner with Cyber and Risk teams to uphold secure-by-design standards
- Contribute to audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives
🧠What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in Product Management or Product Ownership
- Deep industry knowledge across managed funds, unit registry, or fund administration
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence at executive level
- Experience embedding structured discovery and scalable product frameworks
- Confidence operating in regulated, compliance-driven environments
- A strategic mindset with the ability to dive into detail when needed
