We spend more time with our workmates than we do with our own families, for this reason we see the right people at work as the most important part of the operation. ORL has built up a team of 30 people. We look for the right person and help them find the right position regardless of qualifications and experience. 1–2 days per week | Flexible engagement About ORL ORL is a design-led landscape practice shaped by creativity, collaboration, and a deep respect for gardens. Our work spans design, construction, care, horticulture, writing, and community. We believe in showing, not telling by sharing knowledge openly rather than positioning ourselves as experts who you “need”. This role brings that energy together and projects it into the world with clarity and cohesion. The Role You’ll lead ORL’s creative image and voice across all channels — digital, physical, and everything in between. Working alongside designers, gardeners, and management, you’ll shape how ORL looks, feels, and communicates — and ensure it’s consistent everywhere. We already have the raw ingredients: strong visuals, storytelling, and a unique perspective. Your role is to bring it all together and send it out into the world, clearly and beautifully. ORL already has a creative energy in the work, story telling, film, photo and writing – we just need someone to bring it all together in an effective and creative way to join the gaps between what we have.
