We're looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our leadership team full-time. This is a hands-on management role for someone who thrives in a busy venue, leads by example, and is just as comfortable behind the bar as they are running the floor.
What you'll be doing
- Leading all front of house operations during service
- Managing and motivating the FOH team
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences every shift
- Working confidently behind the bar, preparing quality cocktails and managing beverage service
- Opening and closing the venue
- Managing staff rosters and daily floor organisation
- Training and developing team members
- Monitoring service standards and maintaining a positive team culture
- Handling customer feedback professionally
- Working closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth service
- Stock control, ordering and general venue operations
We're looking for someone who has
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory hospitality role
- Strong bartending experience, including cocktails
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- A calm, organised approach during busy services
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Excellent knowledge of RSA requirements
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Full Australian working rights
