About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to deliver advanced level physiotherapy clinical services, professional leadership, and quality improvement in the speciality area of Critical Care. Provide support to stakeholders/customers of the Prince Charles Hospital and wider networks. Participation in 24-hour, 7-day service roster may be required.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Utilise compassion and a strong clinical background in all core areas of physiotherapy and an advanced level of clinical knowledge skill and expertise in the speciality area of Critical Care.
Provide advanced level clinical advice to professional and operational supervisors, relevant service managers and other stakeholders regarding service delivery.
Lead high quality service improvement initiatives and actively contribute to / lead the identification, development, implementation and evaluation of research and service improvement activities within Critical Care and relevant clinical programs at a facility and HHS level.
