About the Role
You will be responsible for a broad range of technical tasks including:
- Electronic diagnosis and fault finding
- Hardware repair, servicing, and installation
- Warranty and remote-hands support for major vendors
- IT support for both business and residential clients
- Network design, deployment, and management (managed and unmanaged environments)
- Support and servicing of devices including PCs, laptops, servers, networking equipment, printers, ATMs, and self-service systems.
This role includes both workshop-based and field-based work. Customer interaction will be required, though technical delivery remains the primary focus.
About You
We welcome applications from entry-level through to experienced technicians.
You will ideally have:
- 1–3+ years of IT or technical industry experience (desirable but not essential)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- A practical, hands-on mindset
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A valid driver’s licence (manual preferred, automatic acceptable)
- The ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and equipment handling
Formal certifications are not required. Training and development will be provided.

Pay: $24.95 – $45.00 per hour
