Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and reliable Disability Support Workers to support a 26 year old male participant with complex developmental, psychosocial and behavioural support needs.
The role involves providing calm, consistent and structured assistance with daily routines, emotional regulation, community access, transitions and safety.

Due to the participant’s personal care, privacy and support needs, female, under 30 years old, disability support workers with Australian background are required. Applicants must speak fluent Australian English, understand Australian communication and culture, and be able to build appropriate rapport with a young participant.
Start Date: IMMEDIATE
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking Support Workers who can demonstrate:
- Minimum three years’ experience supporting participants with complex needs
- Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support and trauma-informed care
- Ability to follow behaviour, safety and escalation plans
- Strong communication, documentation and teamwork skills
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable
- Available to start immediately

Key Responsibilities
- Provide structured daily and community-based support
