We are looking for a driven and motivated Pharmacy Assistant/ Lice Technician to join our team at The Lice Clinic/Advantage Pharmacy Elsternwick. You will become part of our friendly team, involved in providing a great customer experience, quality healthcare services and focusing on achieving the best health outcomes for our customers. The Role & Responsibilities:
- Clear, effective and friendly communication with customers, team members and suppliers
- Delivery of our lice clinics. We will provide full training and support to ensure you have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role.
- Assist with overall pharmacy retail operations - merchandising, invoices, stock checks, sale register, store promotions , displays and catalogues.
- Assist with the dispensary operations - medication packs , scripts in and scripts out, stock control

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Be keen to become a lice clinic technician - full training and support will be provided
- Able to remain calm and collected when dealing with challenging tasks or customer
- Be eager to learn, willing to take on new challenges and be committed to continuous improvement.
- Have prior pharmacy assistant and/or retail experience or a strong interest in learning the role.
