We are looking for a Full Time Chefs and Cooks
The successful candidate must:
- Ensure food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques meet company’s standards
- Have passion for delivering exceptional cuisine including maintaining consistency and the highest quality of food served
- Ability to keep the highest possible standard of hygiene and cleanliness is practiced and maintained within the kitchen
- Very good communication and organisational skills
- Organisational ability including time management, task prioritisation and resource scheduling
- Ensure compliance with relevant Occupational Health and Safety procedures including knowledge of HACCP.
- Flexible with working hours (including weekend and public holidays).
To be successful in this role you must have:
-- At least 3 years experience as Chef or Cook OR at least 1 year experience as Chef/Cook and Certificate III & IV in commercial cookery & diploma in hospitality management.
- Innovative and creative approach to cooking.
- Thorough understanding of food safety requirements.
- Experience with training junior chefs and trainees
SALARY RANGE: $76000-$82000
