Brainbox is representing a well-established Perth-based Managed Service Provider looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join their growing technical team.
About Our Client
They are a Perth-founded MSP with a strong and expanding client base across Western Australia. Their focus is on creating genuine value for clients through innovation, automation, and continuous improvement — not just keeping systems running. With a team built on autonomy and technical excellence, they give their people the trust and freedom to own their work and bring ideas to life.
As their client base continues to grow, they are looking for a senior technical resource who can handle complex escalations, lead project delivery, and help shape the standards and baselines that underpin their service quality.
About the Role
This is a senior technical role, not a helpdesk position. As their new Systems Engineer, you will be the person the team leans on when a ticket needs real expertise. You will handle escalations from 1st and 2nd line support, lead infrastructure and Microsoft 365 project delivery, and be a reliable technical resource for clients day in, day out.
The right person is a generalist at heart — strong across Microsoft infrastructure, cloud, and networking, with solid hands-on experience in endpoint management (Intune/MDM) and security tooling (Sophos or similar). If you thrive on variety, enjoy being the person others turn to when things get hard, and want to work in a team that values quality over ticket volume, we would love to hear from you.
The role is Perth-based with hybrid working across home, office, and client sites. A valid driver's licence and your own vehicle are required for regular client site visits across the metro area. Candidates must be currently residing in Perth with full working rights in Australia.
