Technical Sales Representative – Ventilation Solutions
Full-Time | Permanent | 38 Hours per Week
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per annum plus superannuation

Based in Joondalup, Perth, we work with many of the region's leading residential builders, architects, kitchen companies and suppliers, delivering innovative ventilation solutions that combine technical expertise with exceptional customer service.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Technical Sales Representative – Ventilation Solutions to join our team.
About the Role
This is a diverse role combining technical knowledge with relationship building and business development. You will work closely with residential builders, architects, kitchen companies and suppliers to recommend effective ventilation solutions and help grow our expanding customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business relationships with residential builders, architects, kitchen companies and suppliers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
- Assess clients' ventilation requirements and recommend suitable external motors, roof vents, wall vents and ducting systems.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Promote Home Venting Solutions' installation services and the Dragon Vents product range.
- Coordinate product supply and installation requirements with the operations team.
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline and prepare sales forecasts and sales reports.
- Monitor customer requirements, market developments and competitor activity.
- Provide ongoing technical advice and customer support.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A qualification in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Experience in technical sales, business development or account management, preferably within the ventilation, building services or residential construction industries.
- Practical knowledge of ventilation systems, rangehoods, ducting or comparable building-service products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A driver's licence valid for driving in Western Australia.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
