Are you an experienced Security professional looking to play a critical role in supporting one of Australia’s leading Defence capability programs? We are seeking a Security Representative to provide dedicated security support to the SouthPAN Program, ensuring the protection of people, information, assets, and facilities in line with Defence and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities-
Provide day-to-day security advice and support to the SouthPAN Program, ensuring compliance with Defence and industry security requirements.

Develop and implement security compliance plans aligned with program and organisational obligations.

Lead and support security investigations, ensuring timely resolution and risk mitigation.

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all security matters across the program, providing practical guidance to leaders and project teams.

Partner closely with program stakeholders to identify risks and implement effective security controls.

Contribute to customer and stakeholder meetings, supporting program security assurance and new business activities where required.

Deliver innovative and practical solutions to complex security challenges within the program environment.

Support onboarding and induction activities, fostering a strong and proactive security culture across SouthPAN teams.

Review, maintain, and enhance security policies, procedures, and program security assets to ensure alignment with Defence, DISP, and corporate requirements.
