SHAPE Australia Corporation is a leading Australian construction and fit-out company delivering commercial building, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects nationwide.
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition / HR Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across construction and corporate teams.
What You’ll Do?
- Manage full recruitment process from job posting to hiring
- Source candidates for site, engineering, and office roles
- Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate job offers
- Build talent pipelines for high-demand construction roles
- Support onboarding and employee induction processes
- Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
- Work with managers on workforce planning needs
- Maintain recruitment systems and hiring records
- Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in recruitment or HR roles
- Knowledge of end-to-end hiring processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with job boards and LinkedIn sourcing
- Understanding of Australian employment practices is an advantage
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
Pay: From $9,000.00 per month
