Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Financial Analyst supports the financial management, commercial analysis and reporting disciplines of LEO LIN across wholesale, ecommerce, retail and operational functions.
The role is responsible for reconciling financial and operational data across accounting, ERP and business systems to ensure data integrity, timely reporting and confidence in key business metrics.
Working closely with the Head of Finance, external accountant and internal stakeholders, the Financial Analyst supports annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting, month-end close, management reporting, variance analysis, tax compliance, audit readiness and internal controls.
With strong analytical capability, commercial curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, the Financial Analyst translates financial and operational results into meaningful insights that support senior leadership decision-making and business performance.
