Experienced Airbnb Turnover Cleaner – Daylesford
We are looking for reliable and experienced cleaners to join our growing team servicing luxury short-stay villas in Daylesford.
This is a casual position offering approximately 15–20 hours per week, primarily between 10:00am and 3:00pm. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in delivering exceptional results, and understands the importance of preparing properties to a high standard for arriving guests.
About the Role
- Airbnb and short-stay accommodation turnover cleans
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas
- Stripping and remaking beds to a high standard
- Restocking guest amenities as required
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues or property damage
- Working independently and managing your workload efficiently
- Ensuring every property is guest-ready and presented impeccably
What We're Looking For
- Previous professional cleaning experience is essential
- Minimum of 6-12 months professional cleaning experience required
- Experience in Airbnb, holiday accommodation, hotel housekeeping, or similar roles highly regarded
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Availability to work weekdays, with occasional weekend availability highly regarded
- Weekend availability required for 3-4 days per month
- Must have legal work rights in Australia
