Our Infrastructure Services business is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to be based in Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is suited to a highly organised and adaptable professional who can effectively manage a broad range of project administration tasks, including but not limited to:
- Processing subcontractor payments in a timely and accurate manner.

Reception / General Office Duties.

Accounts Payable processing including raising purchase orders and goods receipting.

Process end of month requirements including but not limited to processing accruals.

Booking of flights & accommodation.

Subcontractor onboarding/ Liaise with subcontractors and engineers in relation to contract variations.

Assist with the mentoring and development of other Site Administrators.

Uniform / Office supply orders.
We are seeking a strong administrator, preferably with experience in the construction industry. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to liaise professionally with both internal and external stakeholders. This position will require some local and regional state travel and/or night shift as per individual project requirements.

A proven ability to provide leadership and guidance to the team, develop and contribute to an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork.

A proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team whilst also having an ability to work independently.

Effective communication skills, with an ability to liaise professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.

Strong attention-to-detail and a focus on quality outcomes.

Excellent IT skills with JDE experience preferred.
