Your responsibilities will include:
As a trusted HR partner, you will work closely with Program Delivery leaders, and the broader HR team to provide practical, effective and impactful HR advice and support across a range of people initiatives and business programs. As the conduit between Program Delivery and the wider HR function, you will play a key role in ensuring alignment, collaboration, and effective delivery of HR outcomes.
In this role, you will:-
Partner with Program Delivery leaders and stakeholders to provide HR advice and support across the full range of employee lifecycle activities

Accelerate the delivery of business programs through the design and implementation of people initiatives

Quickly build strong, trusted relationships across business units and with the broader HR team

Work collaboratively with specialist HR teams to design and deliver integrated people solutions

Coach and support leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and development matters
About you:
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Business Partner (Generalist) to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the successful delivery of complex programs by partnering closely with our leadership teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced program or operations environment, builds strong relationships, and is looking to broaden their experience or take on greater responsibility.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:-
Demonstrated experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role, preferably in a program delivery or operational environment

Strong experience providing HR advice and support in the delivery of business programs or operational initiatives

Proven ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with stakeholders, leaders, team members, and HR colleagues

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with honesty, empathy, and professionalism

Resilience and adaptability, with a flexible and solutions-focused mindset

A collaborative approach and the ability to work across multiple business areas and HR disciplines

A genuine desire to grow, develop your HR capability, and take on broader responsibilities
