We support participants with a wide range of needs, including community access, daily living assistance and high-complex care. Our team works closely with participants, families and allied health professionals to empower individuals to live independently while achieving their goals.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our Gold Coast team.
We have a variety of permanent and casual shifts available supporting participants across the Gold Coast, ranging from community access and capacity building through to complex care and spinal cord injury supports.

- Hoist transfers and manual handling
- Bowel care and catheter care (for suitably trained staff)
- Accurate documentation using ShiftCare
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Ageing or equivalent), or a relevant health qualification, or currently studying
- Experience supporting participants with complex disabilities
- Experience with spinal cord injuries or neurological conditions
- Medication competency
- Hoist and manual handling experience
- Bowel care, catheter care and other high-intensity support skills
- Nursing or allied health background
- Variety of shifts across the Gold Coast
