We are looking for a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Rise & Shine Kindergarten, Maroochy River 2!
This is a Full Time role, 38 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and implementing inclusive, play based learning programs that foster children's development.
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports children's social, emotional and cognitive growth.
- Observing, assessing, and documenting children's learning progress to inform curriculum planning.
- Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to enhance learning outcomes.
- Promoting language and literacy development through storytelling, role play and interactive experiences.
- Ensuring compliance with the NQF and EYLF.
- Leading and mentoring educators to maintain high quality early childhood education and care.
- Communicating effectively with families to discuss children's progress, needs, and developmental milestones.
About You:

You’re passionate aboutearly years education and committed to your own ongoing professional development.
- You have adeep understanding of children's developmental stages and are excited about implementing best practices.
- You’re ateam player who loves working in a vibrant, supportive environment.
- You have a strong knowledge ofNQS, EYLF, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
- Leadership experience is preferred.
What You’ll Need:
-
At least 1 year of work experience
- Early Childhood Teaching Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- First Aid certification and a valid Working with Children Check.
- National Child Safety training.
- Desirable: Asthma & Anaphylaxis and Child Protection Training.
