The Palmer Hotel is looking for a reliable, passionate Chef to join our friendly, family-run pub.
⏰ 26–35 hours per week
Split shifts
Palmer Hotel, South Australia
We’re looking for someone who:
Can confidently run a kitchen and lead the team
Communicates well with all members of the team
Understands stock control, ordering and minimising wastage
Is happy to create and write daily specials
Can think outside the square and bring new ideas to the table
Can remain calm and organised under pressure
Takes pride in their food and their kitchen
Is reliable, hardworking and willing to be part of the team
