On a weekly/daily basis, your responsibilities will include:
Working with team members and clients to respond to calls
Create Annual/Monthly/Weekly plans (with ability to adapt to daily interruptions for emergency situations as required)
Timely follow-ups on all enquiries and scheduling in resources
Develop goals for team members to achieve
Providing admin with information to creating jobs and quotes using SimPro
Maintaining up-to-date service records
Liaising with technicians, wholesalers, and clients in a professional manner
Following up on purchase orders and materials ordering
Demonstrating commercial nous and smarts around financial profit within jobs undertaken and allocated
Issuing test reports back to clients
Maintaining accurate job descriptions and notes in SimPro are entered by technicians
Ensuring completion, receipt, and dispatch of all necessary paperwork/documentation
Undertaking any additional tasks as requested
While not mandatory, the following attributes would be highly regarded:
SimPro knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office (Basic level Excel and Word desirable)
Experience in the Industrial Electrical Maintenance and sub-contracting
Background in Scheduling
Ability to build a team and support team members
Must have relevant Trade Qualifications and Tickets
LVRCPR Certificate
QLD Electrical License
Current Driver’s License
