The Opportunity:
CSR are looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio across Sydney.
You'll be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, ensuring outstanding customer experience while driving revenue and commercial outcomes. Using a consultative, solutions-focused approach, you'll identify opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned to strategy and customer needs
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships as the key point of contact
- Identify new opportunities through market insights and customer engagement
- Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close profitable business
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer solutions
- Monitor performance, manage risks, and adapt strategies to stay on track
- Resolve customer queries quickly to deliver a positive experience
About You
- Proven experience in account management or B2B sales with in building or construction
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Commercially minded with a results-driven approach
- Confident using CRM systems, Excel, and sales analytics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
