At Extend Home Health Care, we believe disability support is about far more than providing care—it's about creating meaningful relationships, promoting independence, and helping people live the life they choose.
We're looking for an experienced female Disability Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to female participants in the Brentwood and Duncraig areas.
Our participants have a range of physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries (ABI), neurological conditions, communication difficulties, psychosocial disabilities, and complex support needs.
