Administration Assistant (White Rock Campus Secondary)

About the Role
In this role, the successful applicant will:

Be the first point of contact for visitors, students, families and staff

Answer and direct phone enquiries while providing exceptional customer service

Manage student attendance processes across the School, including recording absences and maintaining attendance records

Coordinate student sign-in and sign-out movements and assist with attendance communications

Maintain reception, student records and key administrative systems
-
Support school operations through data entry, database management and administrative assistance
-
Provide First Aid support through the sick bay, including maintaining records and first aid supplies

Respond to enquiries from staff, students and parents in a professional and helpful manner

Assist with a variety of operational and administrative activities that support the smooth running of the School

You Will Also Bring

Experience in an administration role, preferably within a school environment
- Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Experience working with databases and electronic record systems
