About the Role
This role is responsible for providing administrative and reporting support to the Epson Australia and New Zealand customer service network including direct, partners and authorised service agents.
Key areas of the role are:

Process, Systems & Administrative Support

Data Handling & Basic Reporting

Warranty Returns Coordination.

Effective Communication
This is great opportunity for someone with an attention to detail, who is looking to build the skills in data handling, reporting and system administration within a supportive team environment.
Qualifications and Experience
-
Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred but not essential
- Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g. data entry, simple formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Some exposure to Power BI or reporting tools is advantageous but not required
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is beneficial, with training provided
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to follow processes and work within a team environment
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
